Prices in USD. Every package works in your existing server (your members and messages stay) or a fresh one. Times start once I have your payment and your brief, and 2 rounds of changes are included.

Questions

How do the templates work?

Each template is one Discord import link. Open it, pick a name, and Discord creates a new server with all the channels, roles and permissions already in place. Then follow the setup guide to finish it off.

Do I need a bot?

No. The templates work without one. The setup guide covers optional bots, like tickets or welcome messages, if you want them.

Which ticket bot do you use?

Ticket Tool. I use it in my own Discord server and in custom builds, and every template's setup guide walks you through setting it up. If you get stuck with the bot itself, their own Discord server can help: discord.gg/GcMU4M9u3h. Want Pro? Get it here (affiliate link).

What isn't copied?

Discord templates don't copy messages, emojis or bot settings. You get the structure: channels, categories, roles and permissions. The guide has the rules and welcome text ready to paste in.

Can I get a refund?

These are digital downloads, so I don't offer refunds for change of mind. If a template doesn't work as described, email support@customserverbuilds.com and I'll fix it or refund you.

How long does a custom build take?

Basic is ready within 2 days, Standard within 3 and Full within 5, counted from when I have your payment and your brief.

How do custom builds work?

You pay in full, upfront, by a Gumroad link I send in your ticket. Payment links only ever come inside your ticket, or by email from support@customserverbuilds.com if you ordered by email, so if someone DMs you one, it isn't me. If I'm building in your existing server, you give me temporary admin and remove it when I'm done. If it's a fresh server, I send you a template link. 2 rounds of changes are included, and more can be arranged.

Can I get a refund on a custom build?

Yes, a full refund if I haven't started yet, or if I can't deliver. Once work has started, I'll fix things within your revision rounds. This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law.
